DoneTix Terms and Conditions

Welcome to DoneTix (hereinafter referred to as the "Site", "We", "Us", or the "Platform"). By accessing or using the DoneTix services, you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING DONETIX SERVICES.


1. Definitions

Term Definition
DoneTix An online event ticketing platform operated by PT Arqami Teknologi Indonesia.
User Any individual or legal entity that accesses, uses, or utilizes the DoneTix services.
Buyer A User who purchases E-Tickets through the Platform.
Event Organizer (Organizer) A User who registers and sells event tickets through the Platform.
E-Ticket An electronic ticket issued in digital form with a unique code (QR Code/Barcode).
Event Any event, show, concert, festival, or other activity whose tickets are sold through the Platform.
Wristband An identification band provided during the redemption process to access the Event venue.

2. General Provisions

2.1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering, creating an account, and/or using the DoneTix services, the User automatically:

  • Agrees to and is bound by these Terms and Conditions
  • Agrees to the DoneTix Privacy Policy
  • Represents that the User is at least 17 years old or has obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian

2.2 Amendments to the Terms

DoneTix reserves the right to amend, modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes shall be effective upon publication on the Site.


Section A: Terms for Buyers

3. Ordering and Purchasing E-Tickets

3.1 Purchase Process

  1. Buyers may purchase E-Tickets through the official DoneTix Site.
  2. Buyers must provide accurate and truthful personal information in accordance with a valid government-issued identification card (ID card/Driver’s License/Passport).
  3. A purchase shall be deemed successful once DoneTix receives confirmation of successful payment.
  4. E-Tickets will be sent to the Buyer’s registered email address after payment confirmation.

3.2 Ticket Purchase Limits

  • Each Buyer is subject to a maximum ticket purchase limit per event/date as determined by the Event Organizer.
  • DoneTix reserves the right to cancel transactions suspected of violating purchase limits.

3.3 Payment Time Limit

  • Buyers must complete payment within the specified time limit.
  • Failure to complete payment within the allotted time will result in automatic cancellation of the order.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment Methods

DoneTix provides various payment methods processed through authorized payment gateways, including:

  • Bank Transfer
  • E-Wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay)
  • Virtual Accounts
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • QRIS
  • Retail Outlets (Alfamart, Indomaret)

4.2 Payment Security

  • Payment data is processed through secure payment gateways.
  • DoneTix does not store your credit or debit card details directly.
  • Buyers are responsible for maintaining the security of their payment credentials.

4.3 Additional Fees

Displayed ticket prices may not include:

  • Service fees
  • Payment gateway administrative fees
  • Applicable taxes

A detailed breakdown of fees will be shown before the Buyer completes the payment.


5. Use of E-Tickets

5.1 E-Ticket Terms

  1. One (1) E-Ticket is valid for one (1) person and one (1) time use only.
  2. Buyers must keep their E-Tickets confidential, including the QR Code/Barcode.
  3. Publishing or sharing E-Tickets on social media or public platforms is strictly prohibited to prevent duplication.
  4. DoneTix and the Event Organizer shall not be responsible for any duplication or misuse of E-Tickets caused by Buyer negligence.

5.2 Ticket Redemption Process

  1. For certain Events, Buyers must redeem their E-Tickets for a Wristband at the designated location and time.

  2. Buyers must present:

    • The E-Ticket (digital or printed)
    • A valid original identification card matching the purchase data
  3. The Wristband code is unique and serves as the primary access credential to the Event venue.

5.3 Entry to the Event Venue

  1. Buyers must present a valid and active identification card.

  2. For Events with age restrictions (17+, 18+, 21+), Buyers below the minimum age will be denied entry without refund.

  3. The Event Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to Buyers who:

    • Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
    • Carry sharp objects, firearms, or dangerous items
    • Possess illegal narcotics or prohibited substances
    • Pose a risk to safety and public order
  4. Buyers are prohibited from bringing outside food and/or beverages into the Event venue unless otherwise specified by the Organizer.


6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Buyer-Initiated Cancellations

  1. Buyers may request order cancellation before the specified deadline (generally several hours prior to the Event start time).
  2. If payment has been completed, refunds will be credited to the Buyer’s Account Balance.
  3. Refund processing is subject to the policy of each respective Event.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Changes

  1. If an Event is canceled, postponed, or modified by the Organizer:

    • Refunds shall be the sole responsibility of the Event Organizer.
    • DoneTix will facilitate communication and the refund process.
  2. For Events labeled "No Refund", purchased tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, except where the Event is fully canceled.

6.3 Force Majeure

No refunds shall be issued for cancellations caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government policies, or civil unrest.


Section B: Terms for Event Organizers

7. Organizer Accounts

7.1 Registration

  1. Organizers must register and complete their profiles with true and accurate information.

  2. Organizers are required to complete verification, including:

    • Email verification
    • Phone number verification
    • KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in accordance with applicable regulations

7.2 Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers are fully responsible for:

  1. The accuracy of Event information (name, venue, date, time, pricing, etc.)
  2. Conducting the Event as promoted
  3. Providing adequate facilities and services at the Event venue
  4. Ensuring the safety and comfort of attendees during the Event
  5. Processing refunds in the event of Event cancellation or modification

8. Event Content

8.1 Content Responsibility

  1. Organizers bear full responsibility for all published content.

  2. DoneTix reserves the right to reject or remove Events that:

    • Contain elements of hate speech, pornography, or violence
    • Violate applicable Indonesian laws and regulations
    • May cause public disturbance or concern

8.2 Licensing and Permits

Organizers must obtain all required permits and licenses necessary to conduct the Event, including but not limited to public assembly permits, venue permits, and any other approvals required by the relevant authorities.


9. Fund Disbursement

  1. Proceeds from ticket sales will be disbursed to the Organizer’s bank account according to the agreed schedule.
  2. DoneTix shall deduct service fees in accordance with the applicable agreement.
  3. Fund disbursement may be withheld in the event of disputes or suspected violations.

Section C: General Terms

10. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All content on the DoneTix Site, including logos, designs, text, and graphics, is protected by intellectual property laws.
  2. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing content without prior written consent from DoneTix.
  3. Event Organizers are responsible for the intellectual property rights of the content they upload.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 DoneTix Shall Not Be Liable For:

  1. Event failures caused by the Organizer
  2. Losses resulting from misuse of E-Tickets by third parties
  3. Data loss caused by technical errors beyond DoneTix’s reasonable control
  4. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  5. The content or quality of Events organized by third parties

11.2 Force Majeure

DoneTix shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics or epidemics
  • Riots or war
  • Government policies or prohibitions
  • Network or system failures beyond DoneTix’s control
  • Cyberattacks

12. Indemnification

  1. Users agree to indemnify and hold DoneTix harmless from any claims, demands, or losses arising from:

    • Violation of these Terms and Conditions by the User
    • Misuse of accounts or services
    • Infringement of third-party rights
  2. In any event, DoneTix’s total liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the User.


13. Dispute Resolution

  1. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved amicably through mutual consultation.
  2. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be settled through the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) or the competent courts in Indonesia.
  3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

  1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  2. Failure by DoneTix to enforce any right under these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right.
  3. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and DoneTix.
